Who we are
Yotta DCL help to improve roads all over the UK by providing honest and transparent information to Local Authorities. Transparent in the way we collect it, process it and deliver it. The data we provide can then be used to make more informed decisions about the road network.
Ultimately making road networks cheaper to manage and safer to use.
We’re highways surveyors, and we love it.
We love it because we believe good roads are so much more than tarmac or concrete. Highways are essential to all our lives. They build communities, encourage social mobility and drive economic growth. Good highways are central to modern life. And we believe the route to good highways starts with efficient surveying and well managed road data.
15 years of service
We’ve been providing surveying services and software to highways departments for over 15 years and in that time we’ve surveyed over 5 million km of pavement, walked hundreds of thousands of footways and collected millions of street assets and their attributes. And through all that surveying we have improved our processes and technology so that our surveys are some of the most efficient available today.
In addition to our surveying services, we also develop and support a fully approved UK Pavement Management System (UKPMS) – MARCHpms. This was the first UKPMS and remains the most innovative. MARCHpms means we can provide an end-to-end surveying solution – from survey specification to analysis and everything in between.
Sustainable future
It’s easy to see we’re passionate about roads, and with this in mind we will continue to develop new ways of improving road network for a sustainable future.
